You all already know that fitness is something that has eluded me for a while. I have been working hard at getting better and was proud of myself last month when I was able to climb a mountain without breaking a sweat (or a least without having to stop ninety times and having a heart attack) which has made want to include fitness every single day. Okay maybe every single day is a bit of a stretch but at least three to four times a week. Being a blogger means I have ended up with a serious cause of Blogger Butt! I’m not lying! it’s because I spend so much time at my desk on the computer. Now I have discovered Fe Fit.
I loved do each of the dvds and I now exercise three days a week without being told to or feeling like I should be doing something more. Even on the off days I don’t feel guilty. Plus if I feel that I need something extra I just pull out a dvd, pop it in, and go through a workout. I have more energy now than I ever did and I can even keep up with the kids much more.
Another great thing is the Fe Fit Fuel Bars! They are wonderful, even though I have only tried one so far. I am going to order some more for myself along with some accessories that I want to help make exercising more fun and really get myself in to.
