Wedding morning is here! Everyone is ready to celebrate the fanciest wedding of the year. Bookings and decisions are ready, but what if something is missed out? Here are some Dos and Don’ts on the wedding day, which covers everything to be done before the big day. From wedding invitations to bridal shoes, everything needs extra care to live the splashy morning.
Tips for the big night:
1) Outfit
After purchasing the prettiest outfit for the wedding, check it with the make-up artist too. Outfit determine when to put makeup on, that is, before or after wearing the dress. The makeup artist will check the blouse’s opening and decide which won’t give the bride a terrible session of make-up.
2) Photography
Know from the photographer what they are planning about. What if there is a ‘gown on hanger’ and ‘getting ready photos? Don’t forget to make the necessary arrangements for this one. Usually, wedding photography starts from the setting of hair.
3) Music
Some soothing tracks playing in the background change any tiny tensions. Then, choose the right music for the big day.
4) Makeup
Always keep a reference photo before beginning the makeup. A trial makeup before the wedding morning should be done by hand. Trial decides the finalized look on hair and makeup. The makeup artist and the bride have equal words in it. Arrange some extra comforts for the makeup artists. As they’ll be working for hours that morning, arranging a chair and a water bottle will be a big help. A table to keep her tools and a bowl of water for beauty blenders are important too.
5) Bridal shoes
There are a plethora of brands in the market which steal the show. Go for Charlotte Mills or HARLO Australia, or Badgley Mischka. Choose the comfortable and the loveliest one. Wear the shoes before wearing the dress because heels complete the full look of the attire.
6)Time with loved ones
Spend time with your family and friends. Share the tensions and excitement. Picture every important moment. Chat with the groom too.
7) Be comfortable
Use the washroom before the make-up begins. It will be a long time taking process. Find the most comfortable chair in the house for the getting ready process. Choosing the saloon for this process will relieve these stresses.
Tips that should be avoided:
1)Hair
Do not have a hair wash on the morning of the wedding. Washing makes it difficult for the make-up artist to try certain updos. Instead, consult the artist if the washing is necessary.
2) Makeup
Wedding makeup is always brighter than the usual and casual one. Please do not get scared of it. The bride should wear bright makeup to look perfect in an HD camera. Or else it will look not very interesting in the photos. Avoid overhead fluorescent lighting for make-up.
Avoid a crowded room for makeup. More space with fewer people in it will give more concentration for the artist. Instead, choose a different makeup service for other members of the family. Start everything on time so that there won’t be a rush. It would be best if there is an extra one hour in hand to reduce the tensions.
Now get ready for the wedding! Wedding bells are ringing, and the bridesmaids are ready. Have a blast!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
