Well here’s a chance for a lucky reader to win 4, YES 4 tickets to Ringling Brothers, Barbum and  Bailey’s Circus tickets for opening night in Atlanta  Feb. 17 at 7:30 p.m  You will also have  the All Access Pre-Show – it’s where all ticket holders can meet the performers and animals, learn circus skills and enjoy a taste of the performance before the show starts!

  55. We love the elephants! Seeing the circus elephants was the most exciting about the circuses arrival that was, until we learned the miserable life these elephants are forced to live just to entertain us. Seeing photos of Ringling’s baby elephants being tortured trained to force them to perform unnatural circus acts was sad and shocking. We love our family pets and we would never allow someone to beat them with a fireplace poker and shock them with a taser to make them entertain us and we don’t want these elephants and other circus animals treated this way, it is wrong.

    Ringling’s youngest elephant on tour is 2 years. Humans and elephants are mirror species and we mature at the same rate, so we wouldn’t allow anyone to beat our children with a fireplace poker to make them perform would we?
