I am trying to clear up any outstanding issues with giveaways. If anyone has won a giveaway and has not receive their prize please fill out the form below so I can find out what has happened and get your prize to you. I try to stay on top of these and get things resolved as quickly as possible but sometimes things slip through the cracks.

Please note if you have won a giveaway in the last two weeks please wait a little while to report your prize missing. Sometimes it can take a few weeks to get your prize.
