We all know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and almost everyone out there has been touched by breast cancer in some way. Maybe a family member had or a friend or even a coworker. For me my Granny had as did my cousin in-law however they caught it early enough for both of them to not survive but thrive. Awareness is the key and Glamulet is helping bring such awareness.

These are very neat. My paternal grandmother died from breast cancer when I was a baby, so I never got to really know her.

They have made great strides toward the cure but still have a ways to go, Did you know breast cancer can occur in other glands? That men can have the genetic markers too?

Our family has not experienced breast cancer, however, my mother died of cervical cancer. Cancer is a horrible, long drawn out experience.
Thankfully I have not personally had to deal with breast cancer in my family or close friends. I know it does effect so many people though.
