Great Pictures

Have you noticed that more and more my pictures have started to get better?

No I am not using a new camera, it is the same old one. I have simply finally discovered how to stage them better and how to shoot them better. One thing I recently discovered is Fotor which I found in the App Store of Windows 8 and allows me to place my copyright much easier. A couple of clicks and I am done hub helps makes my life so much easier.

I recently even did my brother’s fall family pictures. They turned out beautifully if I do say so myself and I am sure they will look great on the Photo card that they will be ordering soon. My sister in-law said these were some of the best pictures she has had done.

Even if the one that I really staged and wanted to get perfect didn’t turn out as perfect. Everyone was supposed to be looking at the camera. I am planning on getting a great Photo frame and having one framed for my mother for her birthday coming up in December. She is going to love it.

It’s funny how just a few simple adjustments can make things from alright to almost perfect. I am so thrilled with the way my pictures are turning out now! It is one of those little things that can drive someone with OCD, like me, a bit crazy. I am going to be getting anew camera soon to make things even more perfect.

I love photography! How exciting to get to a point where you can take pictures for your family. It must make you proud!

I am looking forward to someday be able to get a dslr. I used to have an slr camera and loved the flexibility and creativity it gives you. Congrats!

Great tips! I love taking pictures – the only problem I have it actually uploading them to a computer and ordering prints. Sad to say, but we have NO physical albums in the house – everything is on the computer 🙁 That’s one thing I miss about film cameras – it forced me to develop pics. My goal is to get some albums or photo books together for my 3 boys of their first year. My oldest is 5 so it will be quite the challenge! 🙂

I think that these are really awesome picture and I like using the tree with everyone around it. It really makes the picture stand out. You are really taking great pictures. I am not that good at taking pictures, but I need to learn.

I have ideas for content and cant figure out how to use my camera correctly. It used to be the other way around. Now, just recently I found how to tweek the pics I have. I love it! I have so many stored right now, my computer keeps shutting down from no memory. So, guess it’s time to use the programs to either get them right or hit delete. Just told hubby it is hard for me to let go of photos, even if I might take 20 or so of the same one, with slightly different expressions, etc. Used to be you didnt have that option with film. If you printed a photo and was not considerably blurry or missed the shot altogether, you tossed it. But now, I have a problem deleting too hurriedly or deleting the ones I look bad in, which when self critical can pretty much be every single one.

YES, I have been enjoying your photos Rita! Isnt it fun!!!

Your pictures are getting better. I love how you can put the copyright on them. That is so cool. I will have to tell my husband about Fotor. He is like you, they have to be perfect. Maybe now he will clean up all our pictures.

Very professional looking family portrait! I love photography and think I have a good sense of composition. I only have a point and shoot camera though. I would really love to get a DSLR and really see what I could do.
