If you could switch places with anyone in the world for just one day who would you switch with and why? I would switch with my sister in-law for so many different reasons. First of all she is the kind of woman that you love to hate. You know the woman who always seems to be so well put together. She looks great and so does her child. I mean his clothes are always perfect.
She works full time outside the home which means that she dresses up to go to work. Now when I dressed up to go out to work I didn’t look this great. She is on top of the latest trends and can put them together without an effort. Her home is like a something out of a magazine. Everything is perfectly decorated and she manages it so well. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how light and airy the living room feels. Her furniture is haute but somehow still manages to be comfortable.
So if I could trade places with anyone it would be her. As long I could have her style and pulled together knowledge. There are times when I miss going out to work but then there is so much I would miss not being home. It would be great though to get to go have lunch with the girls (I don’t do it that often) and to go into a meeting looking fabulous.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I would love to switch places with my husband for a day because first off he thinks I never do anything that I don’t work and I want him to see that I do work very hard with being a stay at home mom to 3 beautiful girls but also because I miss being in the work force and would love to experience some of that time as well.

I would switch jobs with my husband so he could really see how hard I have to work. He thinks I have a cushy job which is just not true. I work super hard every day and I’m drained by the time I leave.

I would switch places with my aunt. She is a wonderful person! She also has great health and I am super jealous. Even though she is older than me, I think the switch would be fun!

I would switch jobs with my mother. As a young woman, I feel like it can be very easy and common to underestimate and lack appreciation for the superhero that is mom. It wouldn’t be the easiest nor envious job, but easy is never the most fulfilling. Plus, I think my mom would enjoy some much deserved relaxation time as a young student again in a Freaky Friday-esc situation!

I would switch places with an awesome journalist, maybe Sylvia Poggioli, to see what my life might have been like if I had put career #2 and not chosen to balance career with family. Not that I regret my choice – It would just be cool to do journalism at that level.

I meant if I had put career #1 – The choice I made is to put family #1.

I would love to trade places with a friend of mine who is a nurse. She volunteers her time at a free clinic and still has everything under control at home. I would love to be able to do her job and know that I was helping 100’s of people everyday. I think what she does is amazing.

One of my dietician friends seems to have it all so I’d love to be her for a day. I even love her dogs and have pinned so many pics of them you would think they were mine, lol. She seems to have a great supporting family and supporting husband.
