Now before you all go…. “What! I thought Rita’s kids were all too old for breast feeding.” They are but I have several nieces and nephews (as well as cousins) who are not. So when Simple Wishes came to me about a review and giveaway I knew I could still handle this. I will of course give you my thoughts on the pump, fabric and such. Then I will share with you my cousin’s thought on the item since she is the one who used it.
We received the Simple Wishes Hands-Free Breastpump Bra in Pink (black is also available.) This bra works with all major breastpump manufacturers, including Medela, Philips AVENT, Lansinoh, Bellema, Evenflo, and Spectra Baby. If you are a pumping mama then you know that is important. For a working mother this is an easy way to pump without having to use your hands. No to mention you are still covered since it is a bra.
The bra itself is washable and very soft to the touch. It of course, zips right up the front and was adjustable. My cousin said she had no problem getting it on fitting her. I did pull on it to see how stretchy it was and there was enough give to make it comfortable but not so much that it would lose its shape after a couple of washing. We hung it up to dry after washing simple because we do that with all undergarments.
My cousin said that she loved using this! She was able to get some of her work done while she was pumping. She reads sometimes while she pumps and loves that she could do the laundry or study. She said she hated just having to sit there doing nothing before and now she can stay on top of things. Having watched her do it a few times I can tell you that hooking the pump into this bra is very easily done. I swear I think she did it in her sleep once while she was here.
You can find an assortment of items form Simple Wishes on Amazon. I love the maternity wear tank top they have. When you are bigger up top sometimes maternity and nursing shirts work best I have found.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I did breastfeed my daughter but couldn’t get the pump to work right. When I went back to work, she had a bottle and then I nursed in the morning and at night.

I am done with kiddos as well, my youngest is 2 and my oldest is 12, I can’t beleive when I saw this , it would have been a God sent to me. My daughter was in the NICU and couldn’t then wouldn’t go to breast so I was a pumping machine. My husband would cut holes in my sports bras to make me be hands free, it didn’t work out great, but it was the same idea.
