It is no secret that I love to read and you will find book reviews not only here but also on my book blog. that is why I love getting to know publishing companies such as Mango Publishing. I was first introduced to them last November and they were so wonderful enough to send me a few books. Books that I will be sharing with you. Unfortunately they are one of the brands that ended up on the back burner while we went through Sam’s (my youngest) illness and treatment. Thankfully we are almost finished with treatments and he is getting better and better each day.
I received a few different books from Mango Publishing and I will be posting in-depth reviews of each one a little later I wanted to share them with you an a few of my thoughts. Books are such a wonderful way to expand our horizons, connect with people, and so much more. I can’t begin to tell you how many times someone has started a conversation with me because of a book I am reading.
Depression Hates a Moving Target caught my eye because it seemed so simple. As someone who suffers from depression I am always intrigued by methods others use to help control theirs. Also, if you have been with me a while I have a life long dream of being a runner. So this book spoke to me on several levels.
How to Live in the World and Be Happy was another that just caught my eye. I mean how many of us just want to accomplish that on a daily basis. The cover itself was just so fun and for lack of a better word, happy.
Okay I admit that I am a huge true crime fan so The Best New True Crime Stories Serial Killers was right up my alley. In fact, after I read this one I shared it with my sister in-law who loves true crime as well. She enjoyed it so much she went and purchased the other books that Mango Publishing offers.
Mango Publishing has so many books that I know y’all will love. I was more than please with the selection they offer. There is truly something for everyone and I can certainly tell you I will be checking them out as I give gifts this year.
