HelloFlo is a monthly subscriptions service for your period and the one box most chicas really need every month! Each month you receive pads or tampons (your choice) as well as some back up protection like extra pads or tampons and pantiliners. You can select your flow level (Low Flo, Medium Flo, Heavy Flo or Short & Heavy) and they will send you exactly what you need. They also send some treats as a pick-me-up.
We received the HelloFlo Period Starter Kit which is perfect for preteens. It comes with everything they need for that first time! I love the little zip bag where they can store a pad or tampon or two and tuck away within their purse or backpack. That way no one will know what is inside. I remember having a small folded brown paper sack with extra “supplies” in my locker at school all the time. I learned early on that you need extra on hand at all times.
This particlaur kit is $34.95 (a one time charge) and contains:

It is really great and then you can get her one of the monthly kits so you never have to buy those things again. Every month her supplies will show up right at the door. Now you can choose tampons or pads and I love that you can choose organic! Victoria has not yet started her period but thanks to HelloFlo she is all set.
I did use one of the pads to see how an organic one stands up to my regular pads and I must say I was really surprised. These are great pads! I have a heavy flo (sorry TMI) and usually have to use those things that feels like diapers but these are thin and light and get the job done beautifully.

I have granddaughters that will be needing these types of things soon. I need to share this with my son. It would be fun for them getting packages like this monthly

This would be perfect for my sister in-law. She has such sensitive skin that she can’t use most pads you buy at the store. She need something is organic. This would be great. Thanks for the review.

I think it’s a great way to be prepared that’s not intimidating for young girls. I like that they’ve used organic cotton and that they include “to go” solutions.
