Himalayan Salt Lamps Review and Giveaway{CLOSED}

This is something totally different for me. I was sent a Himalayan Salt Lamp to review. I wasn’t 100% sure about them but I knew that the appealed to me for some reason. Maybe it was the natural shape, I’m not sure.

That is exactly what mine looks like! It’s different right? Well it’s much more than just a little lamp. It actually cleanses the air in the same way those high priced ionizing machines do. The difference is this is quieter, more stylish, and saves a ton of money. How does is work? Well let’s get technical:

Most pollutants are positively charged ions. the lamp is made of salt (it REALLY is)so when it is heated by the bulb inside it produces negatively charged ions. A quick chemistry lesson: Negative ions bond with positive ones and neutralize them.

Himalayan salt shop carries a great variety of lamps but that is not all they have. They also have Salt Candle Holders, Spa Salt Crystals and more. They even have a gift registry! i love when sites take the time to do little things like that!

{PROS} HEALTHY!! Need I say more?

{CONS} Salt sweats, at times. This is a natural product so you take a little bad with all the good. Just don’t set the pare salt on a sensitive surface. The lamps have a base that keeps them up off your surface.
