About the Movie: Pixar’s landmark classic goes full throttle off the screen and into your living room for the first time ever in spectacular Blu-ray 3D. From the acclaimed creators of Toy Story, The Incredibles and Finding Nemo comes a high-octane adventure comedy that shows life is about the journey, not the finish line.
Hotshot rookie race car Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) is living life in the fast lane until he hits a detour on his way to the most important race of his life. Stranded in Radiator Springs, a forgotten town on the old Route 66, he meets Sally, Mater, Doc Hudson (Paul Newman) and a variety of quirky characters who help him discover that there’s more to life than trophies and fame. Treat your crew to turbocharged entertainment with this Cars 3D Ultimate Collector’s Edition. It’s flat-out fun with a sensational soundtrack, thrilling bonus features and revved-up picture and sound.
Our Thoughts: I have seen Cars about 270 times at least! Reese loves it, so much so that he has actually wore out several copies of it. So when the chance to get Cars 3D came I knew it was the movie for us! You get all the same fun and loveable characters but now they are in your face making you feel like more a part of the action. In the words of Mr Reese “AWESOME!” It is one of the best holiday gifts this year, at least in the words of a 6 year old.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Did you watch this in 3D? I am curious to know how/if that works at home. My son has the DVD and I would love to get him this one if the 3D really works. At least somewhat! Thanks.

This would be a good gift for my nephew. We went to the Drive-In this summer and saw this movie. It was actually very cute and I was surprised that the 3D was as good as it was.

I am so jealous you’ve seen this so many times! I haven’t seen it once (I know so sad). I must really find this on sale some where. I love special effects and 3D. I’m on the lookout!
