I love Christmas Eve better than Xmas morning, it’s when we have a big family dinner then do presents at my grandmothers house, then we go to my parents house for late night coffee and opening gifts. When I get home I stay up all night going through my presents just as excited as when I was a kid. We don’t do quantity-we all really put a lot of thought into special gifts so its very special.

  71. My favorite aspect of the holiday season is the cooler temperatures, and the occasional snowfall. Family is also a nice touch, and you can hardly argue with presents 🙂

  122. My favorite part of holidays is being able to see all of my family. I only get to see 3 of my grandkids about 2-3 times a year at most. I can’t WAIT! Plus, my mom is 80 now and she just gets so much joy from seeing her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. I love to watch HER watch the rest of the family. It is just so emotional and she always cries when the kids go to hug her!
