As someone who is attempting to get healthy keeping track of my activity is not easy. I have used tracking devices before but usually get bored with them. When I came across HealBe I knew I wanted to give them a try. There was just something about them that seem different.
I was right too. They are a company that took the time to put together a tracker that did more, that saw more, and didn’t worry about helping answer my phone or all the million other things that can be distracting.
They sent me their GoBe 2 to try out. The first thing you will notice is just how big it is. That is something that worries me. I’m petite and it looks a bit huge on me.
My brother told me if I put it on my ankle it would look like I was under house arrest. He thinks he’s a funny guy. The size is the only sort issue ( if you could even call it that) I had. I wished it was smaller but I’m certain it needs to be bigger because of everything it does.
It automatically keeps track of everything. I don’t have to input my good intake, it does it for me. It keeps up with my water, my excessive, my sitting, even takes my blood pressure. How does it track calories? Well it has to do with the glucose in your body as food and stuff you eat is broken down. Let me allow HealBe to explain.

I don’t know about all that technical stuff. All I do know is that this baby works. I eat less because I know there is no chance of cheating. I get blood pressure readings throughout the day so I can keep track. Now HealBe does say these are not perfect readings. They are close enough for me to know when my blood pressure is getting too high.
You get a charger that goes on the back of your watch and then plugs in. Of course one morning I forgot to take it off and my tracker wouldn’t track. It took me like an hour to figure out what the heck was going on.
This is a device that does it all without any frills. It is one of the reasons I love it so much. The app is easy to use as well. Nothing about the GoBe 2 was difficult.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I love my GoBe 2 so much. As I said I wish it were a little smaller but with everything it does I couldn’t be happier. It has made my life a little easier since I don’t have to worry about tracking all of those pesky things that would normally drive me to quit trying.
