Hello handbags! I love handbags!! I do they are the one thing that always seem to fit regardless of what my dress size is. Ivy & Fig and some handbags that are stylish and functional. Functional is important. What good is a handbag that doesn’t function the way I need it to. I have a lot to carry and I need one that handle it all.
I received the Symphony handbag in burgundy. There are several colors to choose form. I love the size of this bag. It is not one of those really large totes but more of a medium size (12.60 (L) x 11.42 (H) x 4.72 (W) inches.) I can carry my wallet and two other cosmetic size bags in it easily. There is a middle zipper divider that allows you put other things in there. I use it or my tablet when I need to have it with me. It is made of artificial leather but that doesn’t take away from the smooth leather feel of the bag.
The hardware is great. The piece that attaches the large shoulder strap is very strong. you don’t have to worry about it coming unattached or falling off in any way.
The hardware on the straps is detailed and beautiful. There isn’t anything extra added because they don’t need it.
The pocket on the front is big enough for my phone to slip into. I also can keep my lip gloss in there.
FINAL THOUGHTS
A handbag is a statement piece. Ivy and Fig and fig helps me make that statement while carrying all of my stuff. I need that in a bag and am always thrilled when one delivers. If you are looking for a good functional, well made bag this is the way to go. It will be a part of your wardrobe for years to come.
