Did you have an interactive doll growing up? I remember there was this doll that would walk when you held her hand when I was little. Well The Bellies from Bellyville don’t walk when you hold their hand but they do manage a number of other amazing things.
The Bellies are 8″ in size and there are six different dolls to choose from. We received Muak and she is very cute. She has made an interesting addition to our home. This baby is interactive which means she has an entire experience that your little girl is going to love. If she is anything like my little girl. I hadn’t seen a doll with this level of interactivity that I can remember.
As you can read in the picture, The Bellies have quite the experience. There is a birthmark to find, you can listen to their heartbeat, they babble like a real baby, and yes their is a diaper surprise. Not to mention the Poopypedia for care advice. I admit that last one gave me pause. I just kept thinking about Maggie saying Poopypedia all the time and then it getting shortened. So I didn’t tell her that word. I just told her it was the mommy book. When she can read, she’ll know what it says. That’s the life of a mom. Now, Ma and I got a good laugh over it all.
The Bellies are super cute. The Poopypedia aside (see even I can’t stop saying it now) the entire concept is one that any little girl is going to love. This is like taking care of a real baby. It is what every little girl really wants for Christmas this year. A baby of their own to take care of.
What was your favorite toy you ever got for Christmas? Let us know in the comments below.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
