How many of you love to read? Y’all know how much of a reader I am and I love finding subscription boxes that help me read more. There is just something about actually holding a book in my hands that I love. Of course, I also love to travel. The Wordy Traveler is a subscription box that gives me the best of both of my loves. I can read books and enjoy items from around the world. Allowing me to travel to those places if only for a little while.
The Word Traveler as I said is more than a book subscription box. It is a travel club as well. It is a luxury quarterly club that will leave you amazed. You can choose from two different subscription options. The Full Suitcase which includes three curated books, a premium ethically sourced tea, and custom art print. Not to mention all of the other surprises. It is $109.99 – $569.99 depending on how you choose to pay. The other option is the Backpacking Edition which includes one book a quarter instead of three. You also get the and custom art print. Plus the extra surprise. to inspire your inner adventurer! It is $49.99 – $228.00 depending on how you choose to pay.
As you can see the box is packaged well inside. Nothing was out of place. In fact, this is one of the better packaged boxes I have seen in a while. Usually things jiggle and move around inside boxes as they are transported. This one didn’t have that problem.
The theme for this box is Greece and Greek things. Every item in here will be related to that theme in some way.
There were three books inside the box for me to read. I have not yet read any but they are on my list for 2020. I’m thinking of saving them for my vacation so I have something to read by the pool. As you can see they stick with the Greek theme of the box.
Hello tea! I love tea and this is a great one. I have been drinking it at night before bed to help me sleep.
Of course, I needed a tin to put my tea in. Thankfully one came in the box. This tin is perfect for the tea or anything else that you may want to store in it.
A beautiful art print of Greece is beautiful. It is a print that Ma decided she needed and hung in her room. Since I wasn’t sure where I wanted to put it I let her have it.
A cute little bookmark to keep my place in my books. I like it and there is a little clip on the bad that will slip over the pages. I actually hung i on my board in my office. I like a paper bookmark.
This ornament was also something that Ma loved. she took it, changed the string and hung it in her room a well. She said it matched the colors in her room perfectly . She was right, it does and it looks pretty in there.
A reusable grocery bag is always welcomed. I use a lot of these bags every month and love adding to my collection.
The book light was one of the best items. I love these puppies! I wish I had them when I was growing up. Sadly, back then I had to use a flashlight. Although I just turn my lamp on now that I am an adult. I’m sure there will be plenty of times though that I will be using this.
This is a box that I love! I could not have asked for more in a box. I got books plus things that bring Greece into my home. Greece is a place I always wanted to visit but just can’t at the moment. This box has given me that.
