Healthy Weight Loss Recipes

Holiday weight loss recipes you ask! That is what I said and it is a quest I am on this holiday season. You all know how hard I have been working to get the weight off and with all the stress it has not been easy.

I have tried every plan out there and some have worked well while others were complete failures. Now the holidays are in full swing and I am doing all the cooking I can control what gets made and attempt to control my grazing as I cook.

For me the holidays are the hardest part of the weight loss journey. I am Southern girl who lives her pecan pie and mashed potatoes. However in our BiCultural life we also have plenty of salsa and tamales during the holiday season. Our table is a blend of foods and family all of with pack the pounds on me.

Herbal Magic

I recently heard about Herbal Magic’s weight loss program that now includes delicious new recipes. recipes to how me how to balance a healthy weight even during the holidays. doesn’t that sound great? After all maintaing a healthy weight is all about making the right food choices.

Herbal Magic has a personal coach to give me tips, cookbooks, not mention the simple and delicious recipes. It is funny saying recipes for weight loss but when you struggle all the time with your weight those recipes are jut what you need during the holidays. Not to mention there is a recipe for Twisted Mashed Potatoes that I can’t wait to try out.

Are you working on losing weight or maintaing a healthy weight this holiday season? What sort of healthy dish or dishes will you be serving? Do you have a favorite go-to food ?

Holiday weight loss recipes sound so helpful! I usually focus on bringing something healthy, then allowing myself to have some of my favorites so long as I really limit the portion size.

I know what you mean. The holidays are full of tasty treats you just don’t eat throughout the year. We have a mix of Italian and traditional Thanks giving meal on our table. all that pasta has to go somewhere.
