Okay I freely admit that dorm thing from Home Right is clearly a guy’s gift item and when adding it to my gift guide this year I put it there but I am here to tell you that all you ladies will want one if these babies too!
Home Right sent me their Power-Flo Pro 2800 paint sprayer to try out and I admit I was nervous about using it. The house needs to be painted something terribly and I knew I couldn’t hand do it by myself. This sprayer has 2,800 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) and .24 GPM (Gallon Per Minute) of paint flow which I am guessing is a good thing. It went together easily, super easily considering I just attached the hose but hey!
I decided to start small and correct the hot mess I made of my chairs. They are two different shades of red (not sure how that happened!) and they have these little spots all over them. I hand painted these in the summer and have no idea why the paint just didn’t do right. They have also been sticky to the touch since I painted them.
So I went to work spraying them and as you can see they turned out beautifully! They are now almost the same color and it took a total of 20 minutes to paint them completely front and back.
Next was the house. This should have been a day job but when the weather and kids don’t cooperate you make due the best way you can. So i have been taking it a section at a time so I can still manage to get it all done.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I’ve never had any training in taking pictures but I do have some books. I live in beautiful California and never take pics here but If I had some skills, would love start.

Just wanted to clarify my first comment since the giveaway blog post comment question asked why you would want to take a photography course. There’s nothing about that in this giveaway post so maybe that wasn’t the question you intended to ask. Just sayin’.

I also have some outdoor furniture that badly needs to be repainted. I would start with that and then see what else I have that needs to be painted.

I would paint my dresser. It is old but nice wood. It needs a little sanding and some paint and would be lovely.

Would I use this? Um, YES! We are in the midst of building a large built in office desk. I really do not want to paint that sucker by hand. I really want to repaint all of the doors in our house as well, and this would make it so much easier.

Wow, the things I could paint with this! I would start with an old sewing table I have, then like you, my house needs new paint REAL bad. Maybe I would tackle that one!

Its funny how you showed painted rocking chairs (when I seen the post of the sprayer, i thought to myself, I need to paint my chair), I have one that I painted last year (which took over an hour to do ) and the paint is chipping some horrible, If i won, I would paint my rocking chair

I’ve wanted one of these for years. How hard/easy was the clean-up? That’s the concern that has kept me hand-painting so far.
Amber says
Oh, forgot to add….I’d paint my coffee table and my bedroom furniture, and a nightstand I got at goodwill and I’d go buy more junk at goodwill to paint!!!
