When looking around for the best possible travel deals I did what most people do. I headed over to those big popular sites and thought I was getting the best deal. Then I watch a documentary about a missing girl and the couple explained how awful the hotel was after using a big site to book it. So just what makes Hotels Etc different? Well, they are a membership site. That means you purchase a membership and then instead of being given the same price that anyone who looks at a travel site gets you are given a special member price. It is lower than what you would normally see. Most of those deal travel sites that you head to give the same price across the board because of rate parity.
