How To Get More From Your Diet

Drink More Water

The first thing that we’re going to recommend is that you start drinking at least two liters of water a day. This may sound like a lot, but it is only around eight glasses. Water is something that a lot of people struggle to drink due to its flavorless nature. Water is very boring unless you liven it up with some flavor, which you can do. If the reason you don’t drink water is because you are busy and you forget then you can get special water bottles that remind you to drink. 

Your body is made up of around 60% water and this is lost throughout the day through natural bodily functions. It is essential you replace what you are losing otherwise you may find yourself experiencing the effects of dehydration. 

Use Supplements

Next, it’s a good idea to start using supplements to get the vitamins and nutrients that you are not getting from your food. Not only this, but supplements give you a little boost that you need, aiding your body in doing certain things that will aid your diet. But, you’ve got to take the time to ensure that you’re taking the right supplements for you.

At times, finding the right supplement is going to involve trial and error, seeing what kind of results you can get from each different brand.     I have such a small appetite that eating enough is a challenge (think I invented intermittent fasting). I take some supplements to help with that
