Work like an employee 

How often do you find yourself taking on too much and burning out as a business owner? If this is a common issue for you, maybe the time has come to work as an employee. Sure, you still need to focus on your business and growing it as best you can, but sometimes you need to walk away and let things happen. Have times when you are “just an employee” rather than “the owner” and turn off your phone.

Freelancers are hired as and when you need them and can work on a range of tasks, utilizing the variety of skills that they have developed over the years.
