How Your Feet Can Cause Pain Throughout Your Body

Of all the body parts we have, our feet are the most taken for granted. They support you throughout the day, wherever you go and whatever you do.

Problems with our feet can affect the body as a whole. According to researchers, the sole of your feet is connected to all of your body organs. This idea has been proven right by several Chinese traditional medications like acupuncture. How can your feet cause pain throughout your body?

The Way You Walk

Long term body pains can be attributed to how you walk, though it can be severe due to the feet’ flatness. Moreover, women who wear unsupported high heels may experience calluses, bunions, corns, and hammertoes. All of which are painful and corn removal can keep you out of high heels for a while. Besides that, you may also develop back pains, joint problems, strain, fatigue, and stiffness – all of which can have a long-term effect on your body. Old age also causes some issues in joints. The Relationship of Your Feet and Legs

Ligaments and tendons connect your feet and legs. Too much strain on these can cause leg pains, which, when prolonged, might yield an irreversible effect on your body. If you are tired of standing or walking, learn to rest for a bit by sitting or a simple self-massage on your feet. Resting will relax your leg muscles.

Consider going to a spa and having your feet massage. As much as possible, wear only foot apparels that suit and make you comfortable. Nobody can take care of your feet except you.
