Hydrate Club

Staying hydrated is something we all should be concerned with. It is so easy to easy to dehydrated without even realizing that you are. I did that once, I had to go to the hospital and they told me I was dehydrated and I told the nurse I had been drinking plenty of fluids. She said it was easy to not drink enough or even the right kind. That’s where a subscription like Hydrate Club comes in handy.

Hydrate Club is an interesting concept to me. I know that we have purchased electrolyte mixes in the past and some were just awful. Then I get upset because I hate spending money on something we just aren’t going to use because we don’t like it. Hydrate Club saw this problem and set out to fix it by giving us a sampling of mixes each month.

Subscription Information

Ordering from Hydrate Club is a breeze! Every month you get four different electrolyte mixes from a different brand. This is perfect because it will allow you to try a brand before you spend a bunch of money on a mix you don’t like. Shipping on subscriptions is free while one-time items have a $5 shipping fee. All subscription boxes ship the week of the 15th each month.  Mystery boxes and one-time products ship immediately. Currently, they only ship to the US.

Our Box

This is actually a bag rather than a box but it is still just as great. We received four mixes from the brand DripDrop. For the images I decided to do the Spiced Apple Cider because it sounded so good. I just added the mix to water and stirred.

It smelled just like apple cider and it tasted like one as well. I will say this was not my favorite flavor but since I’m reviewing the subscription to Hydrate Club it’s unimportant. Now, if you drink these sort of mixes all the time just getting four a month may not be for you. Although I’m not sure you should drink them that often but I am not a doctor.

How Does It Compare?

Compared to others boxes I would say that Hydrate Club is excellent. They give you the chance to try different mixes (I know I’ve said that a bunch) without breaking the bank. It is a great way to find flavors and brands that you love.

Is Hydrate Club Box Worth the Price?

In my opinion yes it is more than worth it. If you aren’t sure then I would suggest a Mystery Box where you get 8 different mixes one time. It will give you a chance to decide if this is the way to go for you.

Overall this is a great subscription for what it is. The packaging is simple but it serves its purpose. The website is easy to navigate and their FAQ covers everything you could possibly think of including where they ship to. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better with Hydrate Club.

I thought that Hydrate Club was an interesting concept. I loved the idea of getting to try different brands of electrolyte mixes to see if I liked them. That was one of the great things about. If you worry about hydration or have an athlete or fitness nut in the house this is certainly the subscription to look into.
