Don’t you love when you come across a movie that not only is entertaining but teaches valuable lessons? I do and I must say that I was not only pleased but surprised with the Iesodo LOVE DVD that we received to review. First a little about the DVD:
Iesodo (pronounced Yay-Sa-Doe), is a wise dove whose name means “The Way of Jesus”. He and his lovable feathered friends live in the Holy Land in a beautiful Cypress Tree on the shores of a vast Lake (or as we know it, the Sea of Galilee). The birds are an unlikely group of friends, and though they have their differences, they have one thing in common: since they met Iesodo, their lives have never been the same!
I love faith based movies and DVDs for the kids because I love that they are not only safe for the younger ones to watch but they always teach a message in ways that I may not be able to. I told I was surprised with Iesodo and I was because the animation in this DVD is fantastic! Sometimes faith based movies are made on such small budgets that they look like B movies. They are great but ti happens and the kids aren’t always interested because they are used to watching those big name blockbusters. Well not with Iesodo!
They loved this DVD and have watched it several times. It is one of the few we take with us in the car and My favorite episode is Love Your Enemies because he teaches the kids the importance of being kind to others even when they aren’t kind to you. That is something I struggle with as a parent to teach.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
