As you all know I have been working very hard at losing weight and getting healthy. However I have been in need of a good kick in the bottom. There have been days where I have been so depressed that I just don’t want to work out.  I need some inspiration and I found it in Therafit and when they agreed to work with me they told me to choose between one of three styles. I am going to be honest and say I was a little disappointed because I wanted to try out the  Alexa because the colors were so great!

Inspiration

After searching I found these great red Deborah Athletic Shoes. I knew they would cheer me up. After all red is a wonderful bright color and I would feel great wearing them. They came in and I loved how they looked but how would try wear? All I can say is that walking in clouds is the understatement of the year. These feel so great and I have been walking much more. In fact I am even getting ready to start running!

I love that I can customize the shock absorbency of these by taking out the little dowels in the heel (those little grey things in the pic.) I like them all in but it is up to you. The shoes themselves are not heavy. Some shoes when you put them on weight you down but not these. I no longer get sore feet after exercising each day. I have managed to find some inspiration in a pair if shoes.

  2. I love the bright color. I am one of those people that loves bright shoes. Especially during the dark and gloomy winter. Bright shoes help to cheer me up. I think the dowels in the heels are a neat idea.

  3. You’re right. Those are some bright and cheerful shoes. I would love to have a pair but it is hard to find any in wide widths. I’ll check them out!
