Deciding what to give away this time was easy because I was doing a review recently and I just new that this would be the item that I wanted to give to one of you. My mother is loving the one we got for the house even if she won’t let anyone use it. She is one of those old school, don’t use the guest towels in the bathroom types. You all know what I mean! Those women who want certain things to always look nice and ready for company whenever it is needed. I love her but I have always used the trash can in the bathroom and still do. It used to drive her up a wall. She wanted it to stay empty and look nice.

I say it is there for me to use it. Sometimes I wondering if living with me is like pushing bamboo shoots up under her nails. We are so different that it’s funny sometimes. She attempts to help by putting the dishes away and I go behind her and put them where I want them. I try to hep her by doing her laundry and she goes behind me and rewashes it because I don’t do it right. That is just how we are and I wouldn’t trade having her with me for anything in the world.

This beautiful cutting board from Personalized Cart (read my review here) is perfect in our home. We have it on the dining room table since, again, Ma won’t let use it. She wants it to stay nice and I guess I can understand that. I knew that this would be the perfect item to give away. There are several different animal choices and you have the option of having it engraved or not. As I said we are loving it and I am certain that whomever the lucky winner is will as well.
