I didn’t even know they had a Vegetarian Awareness Month did you? While we are not a strictly vegetarian family we do have veggie nights which make for good changes from all the meats. Lightlife (a pioneer in vegetarian and vegan food options, has donated $150,000 to Urban Farming in 2012 to support its mission to end hunger, empower people and encourage healthier eating through sustainable residential and community gardens) has a selection of vegetarian products that can be the change you need.
Even if you aren’t a full fledged vegetarian I would suggest having a “Veggie” night the way we do because you will find that you feel so much better after those meals than you do after your regular meal. There are a few of their burgers that I cannot wait to try. If you visit the Lightlife Facebook Page you can get a coupon for $3.00 off which is fabulous!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I didn’t know there was a vegetarian month. We’re not vegetarian either but I do love veggie burgers and I try to feed my kids healthy alternatives to meat. Those black bean burgers look delicious!
