July Sips By Box

Jul 24, 2018 | Rita

Have I told y’all how much I am loving all the different teas I have been getting in my monthly Sips By boxes? Each month there is something new that fits me to a tea! See what I did there? I couldn’t help myself.

Since I am on vacation I didn’t do an unboxing this month. In fact I had my uncle send me the pictures because I haven’t had a chance to taste any of it. I can’t til I get home though. Let me show what all was inside.

Just a quick reminder of costs: You get  4 different teas that will make 15 cups for only $15 a month. That’s half a month of tea if you only drink one cup a day. I drink a few cups every day and save these for my special cups.

Of course I got the card that told me about each of the teas within my box. This month I am going to depend more on this card than in past or even future boxes. Like I said I haven’t had a chance to taste any of them.

The first tea is Earl Grey Lavender and I can tell you it is one that I won’t be tasting. I am allergic to lavender so I can’t even touch it. That is one of the few things I am allergic to as far as foods go. I wish I could try it because I love Earl Grey tea and I bet this is lovely.

Next up is Aged White Tea which I have never heard of. It says this tea has been aged for 5 years. I wonder if it’s like wine…gets better with age? It is something I am dying to find out.

Golden Joy is one that sounds interesting to me. Since it is caffeine free I think it may be the perfect bedtime tea. I don’t drink tea often before bed but occasionally I need a little something warm and I think this is going to be the tea I enjoy.

Finally we have the Black Mint Tea which I am torn about if I am being honest. I usually drink mint teas when I have an upset stomach because it soothes me. I want to try this though now because it sounds refreshing. I will certainly have to let y’all know.
