If I am ever in New York I am going to Just Buns Specialty Bakery because I can just imagine how absolutely wonderful it smells inside there. Just Buns is the home of the original Swirly bun and if you have never had one of these you don’t know what you are missing. Biting in to this is like dying and going to heaven.
I was sent an assortment that included such flavors as Almond, Coconut, Cinnamon, Lemon, Chocolate Raspberry, Nutella, Black and White, and White Chocolate. I wish I could tell you I had a favorite but I didn’t, they were all just so wonderful. Each bite is light and fluffy with just enough flavor to make you want to cry. These are grown-up buns and not those things you buy for your kids. The Swirly Bun Menu is large and they even have a Bun of the Month!
Just Buns allows you to order online and they do offer catering for events ( I can just see these at the next baby shower I host.) If you are lucky enough to live in New York and have been to the Just Buns store please tell us all about it.
