First let me say I WISH I had gotten to go to the Karma Organic Spa and tell you all about it. Unfortunately I didn’t, I was lucky enough to be able to review a couple of their products. Karma Organic Spa is a company that truly believes in organic and natural which is a huge plus for me.
In October of 2007, Karma Organic Spa became one of the first organic spas to open in New Jersey. Special detail was taken into account when creating this store using such materials as carbonized bamboo flooring and non-toxic paint. The furniture is made of recycled materials, including the pedicure bowls and towels. To add to the completely organic and non-toxic environment, Karma incorporates fresh flowers, herbs and fruits into their services. They also have their own line of hand and foot lotion, exfoliating scrub and essential oils in addition to the organic non-toxic nail polishes and nail polish removers which are free of toluene, formaldehyde and phthalate (DBP). Sandals are made of disposable and biodegradable material.
I received two nail polishes from Karma Organic to review and I must say the very first thing that I fell in love with was the fact that they didn’t have that awful smell. All of the polishes are safe for pregnant women, kids, cancer patients and allergy sufferers and the packaging is 100% recyclable. These nail polishes are unbelievably wonderful!
The first color was called Garden Concert and it is a darker purple color but not super dark. I really liked how well it covered in just one coat and it didn’t chip at all. I also really love how easily it came off. Darker colors tends to be a hassle to get off and they leave my nails looking yellow after wearing them. This didn’t do that at all.
The next color is very light and perfect for little girls! It’s Champagne and Pearls. It is so light that all you really notice is the glitter. It would be perfect for a wedding as well. Like the Garden Concert it went on and came off easily. My daughter fell in love with this polish. I feel safe and confident allowing her to use this polish as I know, short of her drinking it, it is not going to harm her.
Karma Organic Spa has all sorts of services as well if you are ever in the New Jersey area. I know I will be going if I ever am and taking Victoria for one of their Pretty in Pink packages.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

It seems that Organic is the way to go these days. I do hate the harsh smell of nail polishes. It sounds like you had a great experience with these one.s
