Kids II Ingenuity Automatic Bouncer {Review}

Aug 25, 2012 | Rita

kidsii-ingenuity-bouncer

When you have a screaming bay you do just about anything to calm them down. Of course when you are a mom who does as many different things as I do you need to keep our children as close as possible. the thing I always hate is when I am at my desk and the playpen is in the other room. Have you ever tried moving one of those things? They are suppose to be easy to move but they aren’t. I love the idea of having something I can move easily and preferably with baby still in it.

That’s where the Kids II Ingenuity Automatic Bouncer comes in! I will say I was a bit skeptical about bouncers because my nephew kicked his so hard when the bouncing stopped that he broke it. However I was more than willing to give it a try. When I first took it out of the box I noticed there was not a million pieces (which I LOVE) and there were only two screws that needed to be put in. Everything else snapped together and stayed together with those little buttons. You know the ones that pop into a hole and then you push to get it to come apart. It shouldn’t have taken me as long as it did to put it together but I kept trying to one side to go in upside down (mommy brain!)

Maggie in Bouncer

Once it was together I immediately knew I was going to love this bouncer. The little box shown at the bottom in the front is where you turn it on and where the batteries go but it slips right off so you can change the batteries. I put little Miss Maggie into the bouncer (since she is the twin that has to be moving the most) and she immediately fell asleep. I can pick her and the bouncer up and move her to any room and if it happens to stop bouncer I can stick my foot out and move it a bit until I am able to turn it back on. This is very handy when you are attempting to feed one while the other is screaming! The seat is so soft and cradles the twins little heads and I love the little animals across the top. After using the bouncer I am now a “Take the bouncer everywhere with me” mom.

Bouncer Up Close
