These sound quite delicious, I really want to try the sparkling juice I’ve never had this sparking juice before. Good tip about the reduced fat peanut butter I usually have that kind on hand.

Oh, yum. I love new recipes. And cupcakes are especially my favorite to make for portion control. I am looking forward to more recipes, Rita. Thanks so much.

What an interesting flavor combination! I’ve never used juice in cupcakes before, but I bet it really adds to the texture.

These look really good, but I’m afraid I would drink all of the juice before I had a chance to make them. Black currant is one of my all time favorite flavors.

What a unique recipe and looks awesome. I used to take black currant supplements and still have lots of black currant tea, so time to try the sparkling juice.

I love to try new recipes, and this looks yummy! I collect so many recipes, cooking magazines and cookbooks! I must get my love of cooking from my mom, and grandmother, as they loved to cook and save recipes, too. I really must try this recipe. 🙂
