This Christmas (or anytime really) is the perfect time to get a little creative with your recipes. Kristian Regále can help you do that with their wonderful line of sparkling juice beverages. Now you could just drink these straight out but why when you can use them in much more creative ways.
Kristian Regále sent me 4 of their sparkling juice beverages to try out and over the course of the next few days I will be bringing you recipes (1 each day) that I have created using these wonderful juices. First though I wanted to share a little about each juice with you.
Kristian Regále Apple Sparkler is their original flavor. The apples are picked at the peak of their freshness and blended to create this amazing beverage. It tastes wonderful. It is by far the best Apple Sparkler I have ever in my life had.
The Kristian Regále Pear Sparkler is made with a traditional Swedish Pear Cider without the alcohol. This would have been perfect for the adults who did not drink at our holiday gathering recently. However not as perfect as it was for the dessert that I made with it.
I knew I wanted something very special with the Kristian Regále Peach Sparkler because anything made with all natural peach juice excites me. I am a huge peach flavor fan and tasting this was like dying and going to heaven.
I admit I was new to the Kristian Regále Black Currant Sparkler flavor. I had only ever really heard of currants in movies or read about them in books. I was excited to see what I could come up with.
One thing you will notice is that all of my recipes are desserts. One reason is that juice works beautifully in desserts. It can be used to replace sugar in many cases.

This sparkling juice sounds delicious. I’ve never come across this brand, so I’ll have to look for it in my area. The black currant would probably be my favorite. It reminds me of some of the belgian lambics that my wife and I enjoy.

Oh I can’t wait to see what kind of recipes you come up with. I would love to try making something different for dessert for Christmas dinner. The Pear sounds really good!
