Having little ones means being responsible for how they are dressed. We take so much care with what we wear and to me the same amount of care should go into our children’s clothing. LamanBlu knows just what I am talking about because their clothing is stylish and cute all at the same time.

The name LamanBlu is derived from the phrase “laman blau” which in Papiamentu, means “blue sea”. Our namesake brand, LamanBlu, expresses that attitude in a whimsical way.  It is eco-friendly, reflecting our comitment to the ocean and the joy it brings us, and it is Made in the USA.  It’s a collection for girls and boys ages 6 months to age 8.  LamanBlu is designed to take a child from their entire day, from holding court in the morning to fighting dragons in the afternoon.

We received a Modal Jumper Dress to review and are loving it. This little dress is perfect over a tee (like the one they sent me) or even on it’s own in the summer months. Add a sweater or pretty little jacket and some tights and you have the perfect dress for a day out.

The dress is very soft and I love the little flower on it. It gives it that hint of style that every little girl needs. The dress is available in sizes 6 months all the way to a size 8 so there is a size for your little girl. There are legging available for this jumper that match it perfectly. I am putting little Miss Maggie in a white sweater with white tights for  her doctor’s appointment this week as I think it will make the jumper stand out more.
