When you are a big girl you have curves! That is simply how it is and while I am still working on losing weight my curves are more genetic than weight. My hips simply are not going to change their shape that much but thanks to Lee Jeans I can learn to embrace and love them. They may not be my favorite feature but I have to say that in my Lee Jeans they look pretty dang good!
Lee Jeans sent me a pair of their Curvy Fit Hailey Bootcut – Modern Series, of course in plus size, Rinse color and to say I am loving them is putting it mildly. I can’t believe how much I am enjoying these jeans. I haven’t been wearing jeans much because I had gained so much weight and they didn’t look good on me. Then I lost down to a size 18 and I could put jeans on again without looking like Omar the Tent Maker had made them for me.
These jeans have stretch in them and I don’t mean in the waistband. They move with me and aren’t binding in anyway. I put them to the ultimate though……a trip with my aunt to her doctor’s office. This means pushing her uphill in a wheelchair while juggling the twins at the same time. The typical attire for one of these trips is sweat pants because those are the only things that give me enough moment. However my jeans allowed me plenty of movement.
I was able to bend up and down freely and after the two hour appointment we went to Walmart and I still managed everything very well. I didn’t even feel like I needed t unbutton them on the way home. I can’t tell you the last time I haven’t needed to do that in a pair of jeans. These didn’t bind in anyway and I am so grateful. I almost wanted to cry!

I wish I could embrace my curves more. The problem is that mine are all in my belly. Not the sexiest place for curves, lol. These are a great looking pair of jeans. I love the cut and the pockets rock. You chose well!
That is my problem as well. I have this horrible pouch that I hate. Just take the plunge and go for it.

Rita you look so good in theses jeans! I think more women need to embrace our curves. I have gotten to the point where I finally can embrace mine. I figure you only live once you better enjoy it.
