Raise your hand if you knew that you really shouldn’t use blankets with you baby? You know I didn’t know that when the twins were first born. It’s true I thought as long as all of the stuff animals and such was out of the crib then I would be fine. My mother,of all people, told me about the blanket hazard. I said of all people because my youngest sibling is almost forty which means my mother had babies way back when you didn’t even have to use seat belts.

She told me about sleeping bags for babies and I asked the doctor. He told me to use them especially with Sam and his breathing issues. It would make things easier and I wouldn’t worry as much. That is why I love sleeping bags now and this one from Lictin is simply too cute for words. The Goodnight Bear print is cute for a boy or a girl. It is washable and made from high quality natural cotton interlocking to keep baby warm and comfortable.

It is folded nicely inside of the box as well. There is a little room to add some socks or even a onesie.

It is pretty long but one of the great things is that it can be folded up. There are three Velcro rectangles on the back that attach to one another.

This allows the bottom half to fold up nicely and that means that your baby can use it longer.

There is a snap in each arm hole to allow you to have some adjustments. We are currently using the snaps but I can certainly see not needing them at some point.

There is also a double zipper which is awesome! You can easily unzip one, change a diaper, and everything be right back in order quickly. I do admit that the two zippers threw me at first but that was just me. Ma had no problem with them and neither did anyone else.

FINAL THOUGHTS

All in all this baby sleeping bag is perfect. I wish you could feel house soft and warm it is for yourselves. I want one! We currently are using it folded and it worked beautifully this morning when we were out running errands. It was rather cold and this kept little James toasty warm.
