June is over and I will say that I am glad for it. This month my uncle had a heart surgery that didn’t happen once they got in there. They couldn’t hook him up to a machine or device they needed to in order to do the work they needed to so we are trying again in July. I know it sounds scary but fingers crossed they will get this done and things will be better for him.
This month leaves me with a mix of feelings. There is a sense of accomplishment because I feel like I got some things down and checked off my list. Yet, feeling like I should have gotten more done. It probably is just the way it goes though.
First Swim
This June Harvey took his first swim in the pool. My sister in-law sent me this picture and doesn’t he look so cute?
So Many Of These
We play Monopoly Go and so many of my pictures are these screenshots where we show what we need in our little group of friends that play. I blame them all for getting me into this game. Although I do admit that I am almost fed up enough to seriously think about quitting. I don’t even play every single day anymore.
In and Out
I am so jealous! My brother and his son took their Man Trip this year to Moab, Utah at the beginning of the month and the next few photos are some that he sent me of their trip. None of us have eaten at a In-N-Out Burger so when they sent me this I was so jealous!
He’s a Jeep Guy
They went to Moab to do Jeep stuff so it is no surprise that one of the pictures is a trail map. This one is actually called Hell’s Revenge and it’s pretty famous. I had heard of it before he went.
Top of the World
This is called Top of the World. If you have seen that Jeep before it’s because I share it a lot both here and on social media. Also he’s pretty well known in the Jeep world. Sadly I can’t get into that particular Jeep any longer. He lifted it more with much larger tires. That means he has to push me into it and then I have to jump out. Neither of those are happening. It’s a shattered knee just waiting to happen.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

It has been a crazy, stressful month for me. We are on a level two evacuation notice due to a wildfire here. Level two mean be ready to GO at any time and it is super scary and stressful.

I had a pretty good month. A few days I was sick but most of the time I was good.

I’ve been out of sorts because my temp job ended. I will start a new job I’m excited about in September, but until then, I’m feeling sort of useless.

Aww Harvey is such a cutie pie! My month was both great with the warmer weather coming and terrible with some big life changes – im just hopeful for July!

The month alternated between frustration and fun activities (like the Sharks’ NHL draft party yesterday)! If it’s any consolation, In-N-Out’s fries are underwhelming—they’re not very crisp as is, so you have to ask for them “well done” and then they’re too hard. Some people ask for them “light” (underdone) and then freeze them and bake them later at home. Complicated!

June has had us traveling by RV through Canada and into Alaska. The road to Alaska was HORRIBLE! But we are in Alaska and it is majestic and so beauitulf!

June was a good month except it was just too too hot! July is a long long month it seems. Planning for vacation in the fall and working is about all I been doing.
