About the Book:
Elle Meyer, author of Living the Thin Life, lost weight over ten years ago and has kept it off ever since. In Living the Thin Life, she tells her story of learning to maintain her ideal weight. The book includes lots of real life tips on eating, exercise, and motivation. These ideas came from her own experience as well as from the many people she interviewed who have successfully lost and maintained their weight. The book also includes over 50 healthy recipes with nutritional information.
While reading this book I found it to be full of useful (and motivational!) tips, how to identify your own eating personality (I’m a koala), detailed guides on how to customize your plan, quizzes, and so much more As a diet tool I found it very helpful. There were a few things I found a little hard. For example cutting out sweets all together at once is super hard for me and always sets me up to fail. What I took away from the book was that finding my style of dieting is what is most important.
Visit www.livingthethinlife.com and take the diet quiz, download some easy forms to keep you on track, and has recipes that you can try out.
Living the Thin Life is available for purchase for about $12 at www.livingthethinlife.com or at amazon.com.
Rita’s Recommendations:
This book is perfect for anyone wanting to find a style of dieting that suits their personal needs. There is a lot of useful information.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

That does sound like a really useful book. You can never have too much information about how to get on a good diet, and it's great that the author has kept off the weight too!
