If you will remember in December I told you about Johnson and Johnson’s La Familia De Hoy and introduced you to the families who were in the running. Well the results are in and the Healthy Essentials Presenta LA FAMILIA DE HOY is the Jimenez family. This modern, active, Hispanic family is a lot like my own in that they part of a larger extended family! The JiménezJiménezJiménez family consists of 4 Jimenez brothers , 3 wives, 8 children and one grandmother. The three married brothers live right next to each other with connecting backyards and the fourth brother lives close by. While my siblings don’t live that close, my Ma and Tio lives with us. My younger brother actually live across the street from his in-laws!
As the new La Familia de Hoy spokes-family there will be plenty of opportunities to inspire Hispanic (as well as other) families across the United Stats to be more family oriented, to lead more active live, not to mention live healthier lives as families. Becoming a healthier family is something that is obtainable for all families. All it takes is one small step!

Ma recently discovered that she has arthritis and I am pretty sure gout. There are days when she is in so much pain that all she wants to do is lay in the bed. I think it is great that Johnson & Johnson is recognizing and promoting the family unit. I have used Bengay a few times myself its great for aches.
I love this promotion! It’s so interesting to hear about these extended families. I only wish I had something like it. My own family is very scattered and I often feel my children are missing out.
This is a great way to remind us all of what is really important and that is Family. I love when big companies keep sight of what is important. I agree with you about the smell of Bengay though. My husband uses it and swears by it.
