Meet Simply Earth

I don’t know about y’all but I love using essential oils in my day to day life. I love products made from essentials just as much which is why I am so thrilled to introduce y’all to Simply Earth. They are bringing you essential oils every month.

The Bonus Box

Simply Earth was kind enough to send me some items and I am so excited about them. Don’t judge me too harshly in the picture it has been a rough week around here which is why I cropped my face and feet. After I took the pictures I realized I still had on my house shoes and forgot to brush my hair. I also hurt my hand but no one’s sick so that’s a plus. The Bonus Box you will receive with your first box when you subscribe. Then every 6 months you will get another one.

In the box were empty bottle for your oil mixtures. The longer ones laying down have roller balls in them. A good rule of thumb to remember is to clean them well when reusing them which you can do as they are glass.

We also had carrier oils. These are bases for a lot of essential oil recipes. The box had a coconut and almond nut carrier oil. Please be careful when mixing and giving the almond oil as gifts. My sister in-law is severely allergic to almonds and the oil will send her straight for the epi-pen. There was also a larger jar of coconut oil. If this is your first time using oils just follow the recipes and you will be fine.

There was also some beeswax and I can’t wait to mix myself up some lip balm with this. I live for lip balm and make my own because it is cheaper.

THE RECIPE BOX

The Essential Oil Recipe Box is where the September oils and recipes was. It is the box that you will get every month with different oil and recipes each time.

It included recipe cards for some items to use the oils with. I can tell you I plan on making the bug spray and the No Stink because well lets face it, I want to know how well it works.

I like the stickers for the recipes as well. They are so much better than me writing out labels by hand. This makes everything look so official and proper.

The little wool ball will come in handy. What I’m doing with yet I just don’t know but I am certain it is in the cards. Pun totally intended!

There was a spray bottle included in the Recipe Box which is perfect. It is going to come in handy with the bug spray that I will be making.

The oils in the box were Defender, Blood Orange, Lemon Eucalyptus (my favorite), and Clove. The last two being oils I have used and enjoyed int he past. I can’t wait to use these on all sorts of things.
