Sometimes you come across a product that is simply cool and awesome! That is what I thought when I opened the Mimijumi baby bottle when it came in. I had never seen anything like it before to be honest but I am getting ahead of myself. Mimijumi has named their bottles the Not So Very Hungry and the Very Hungry which I think is so great!
I received a Not So Very Hungry bottle and as I said I think that it is simply awesome! It looked a little like a mushroom when the cap was on but once you take off the cap you see the sheer genius behind this design. If you are attempting to make the transition from breast-feeding to bottle feeding then this is the bottle to do it with. The reason is because the nipple itself is so simpler to mom that baby will not notice the difference.
Mimijumi is a design driven company that specializes in simple, safe and natural products for the modern family. Through the design and production of infant care essentials, mimijumi products are made for both baby and parent to create the most natural experience possible. This design is based on the psychological dynamics of feeding/soothing items as transitional objects

What sort of baby bottle (if any) do you use now? Would you use the Mimijumi?
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I can appreciate a product like this…it is SO hard for a baby to adapt to bottle when breastfed. With 6 kids and returning early to work with the last two, it was a nightmare. And ALSO if only even to get away once in a while to leave the babies with others, including dad or siblings. My days with this are long gone but now have grand babies to help attend to. (one lives with us, and one comes for day care). They are one now and trying to get off the bottle into sippy cups. That’s hard too! But my daughter who lives with us went through at least FOUR different companies, twice buying entire sets she really thought would work because other moms had recommended. I find all babies are different, so what works for one of even your OWN children might not work for their sibling. I’m going to bookmark this as I (happily) will most definitely have more grandkids in my future. Passing on review info is awesome when my kids don’t have the time to research about products for their kids. Breastfeeding for me was very important and personal, so I tend to go gaga over products that help moms be successful at it if they choose to try!

Finding the right bottle for each of my little ones has been a challenge. We have Avent and Tommee Tippee bottles but my last little one did not care for them. I have a Mimijumi that I will try with the next baby and I hope it works!
