Miss NiNi’s Fine Desserts

Jun 05, 2013 | Rita

Miss Nini Fine Desserts Cheesecake Sampler

Cheesecake…need I say more? I love cheesecake which is funny because as child I hated it. I think it is a very grown-up dessert. Miss NiNi’s Fine Desserts makes cheesecake at its best! That is of course just my opinion but if you look at just some of  Miss NiNi’s baking background you will easily see why that has to be true:

Taught to bake while tugging on the apron strings of her homemaker mother, Award winning 4-H food exhibitor, Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education with a minor in Food and Nutrition, Developed creative dessert recipes as freelance home economist, and much more.

I was sent a Cheesecake Sampler from Miss NiNi’s Fine Desserts and I will tell you that I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I was a little unsure about some of the flavors but in the end all was well. The flavors that I received were: Creamy Vanilla,Pumpkin Praline, Chocolate Raspberry Swirl, Best of the Best Lemon, Lemon Raspberry Swirl, and Itlain Tiramisu.

Vanilla Cheesecake

Creamy Vanilla was my absolute favorite! It was so light and fluffy and the tallest slice I have ever seen. My least favorite was the Italian Tiramisu which surprised me because I thought it would be the Best of the Best Lemon but it was actually really good as well. I liked it in small bites because the lemon was a bit strong in a larger bite. So I ate it over the course of a few days.

Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

All of  it was very good and very grown-up! So much for my childish dessert tendencies as my sister would say! One of the best things about Miss NiNi’s is that you can create your own cheesecake sampler as well and get just the flavors you love!

My son and hubby are what I call cheesecake snobs LOL ~ they love to eat and “review” it every time we go out and they happen to see it on the menu. I think they would adore and love the sample you were sent. This is the real thing!!

I love cheesecake! I like the plain Vanilla flavored one, and the piece looked so large! I would really like to Miss Ninis cheesecake!

Cheesecake is my ultimate love story. And I have since very young…not conditioning into adulthood to like it! I have not tested out too many recipes other than turtle, pumpkin, or strawberry topped New York, but I’d love to try other flavors. The praline one would be a hit for me as it’s my all time fave ice cream.
My daughter would adore the Tiramisu

I, like you, didn’t really like cheesecake (or pies and cakes) when I was young. Very strange for a child, I think. Now I absolutely love cheesecake! I’ve never heard of Miss NiNi’s, but just going by the background and photos, the cheesecakes look very fine indeed. A sampler cheesecake would be a nice dessert idea because all the flavors mentioned here sound delicious. The crust on the Chocolate Raspberry Swirl looks great; I love cheesecake crusts that are made from graham crackers or similar crackers/cookies. Thanks for all the information on a new source for desserts!

OH MAN! That looks SO delicious. We are in the process of giving up all dairy for the sake of my dairy-allergic son. It SUCKS. I can deal with swapping out butter, muffins, donuts, etc. It’s delicious, amazing, wonderful treats like these that I’m really going to miss! YUM!

We love cheesecake. It is one of our favorite desserts for birthdays and holiday’s. I really like the looks of this cheesecake. It looks fresh and like something you would make at home. I would love to try the Chocolate Raspberry Swirl. Yum!!

Kudos to the Moms like this whom stay homer and accomplish so much more than child care in the process. Cheesecake is always a delight and saved for holidays in my family. Pumpkin Praline sounds like the best flavor for me. Although I do adore chocolate and raspberries separate, I do not care for the two together in any way I’ve tried yet. The lemon cheesecake looks delectable and I wouldn’t mind having a piece right now!
