Mommy Loves Review with Giveaway{CLOSED}

When I contacted Mommy Loves to ask if they would work with me I didn’t realize the wonderful treat I would be getting. In addition to getting two of their fabulous tees to review I was sent a copy of the founders new book.

Say Bump and Take a Left How I Birthed a Baby and a Business After a Huge Bump in the Road by: Mary Kathryn Johnson is one of the most honest and funniest books I have ever in my life had the pleasure of reading. Mrs. Johnson is so truthful in the “bump” that led to her business. Some of my favorite moments in the book is when she talks of trying to be graceful when she breaks both of her legs. As a woman who shattered her own ankle I can feel Mrs. Johnson’s pain. However, I was anything but graceful (I was nineteen and screamed for my daddy.) Another favorite moment is when she talks about having her husband wash her hair. I completely agree with her in that if your husband has never washed your hair you are missing out on something beautiful.  This book is a must read for every woman whether you are pregnant or not. So I can only give it my highest book rating:

Mommy Loves, the company Mary Kathryn Johnson created, creates some of the cutest tees and gifts for not only moms but also dads, kids, and grandparents. She also has push gifts, baby bags, and a pregnancy journal. I received two shirts to review and I was not disappointed.

The Mom Retirement is only a Dream is so cute! I love it. It reminds me of something my dad used to tell us when we were growing up. The fact that it was the women’s shirt that was send to me has to divine intervention. He used to say ” My parents talk about their kids growing up, moving out, and they get to enjoy retirement. Now I know..they lie!” The shirt comes in White, Red, Black, Chocolate (which I got), Baseball White/Red, and Baseball Heather/Black. It fit really well and looks great.

Edgar loves the DadLabor tee he got. It gives a dad’s definition of labor. I love #2 on the list, if only I could have him remember this all the time my life would be perfect. You get your choice of white or black but I think the black is the best choice.

{PROS} Mommy Loves has such an assortment, the site has just been redone and is easy to navigate.

{CONS} NONE I could find.
