I thought I would take a little time each Monday morning and share something fun with you. It could be a simple little story about something that happened or maybe just a picture. Just a little something that will help make the week begin a little bit brighter and on a better note. Mondays are extremely busy for me and I always feel like I am drowning on that day of the week.
Not to mention that I can only have 1 cup of coffee a week now and I have chosen to have it on the day that I need it the most. I had to cut back drastically because of my blood pressure and blood sugar. So sit back and (I hope that you will) enjoy these little posts each week.
Shorter Hair
I decided I would get my hair cut over the weekend and it is super short, considering it was well past my shoulders before. I wanted a stacked bob and the girl went shorter than I thought it would be. At first I was really nervous about it but then decided I was just going to own it. It is much easier to style and keep up which I am grateful for.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Your haircut is so cute! I wear short hair, because mine is so fine and straight that it just will not do a longer style—it barely does any kind of “style.” I love short styles on people who actually have body in their hair.
***I still can’t get over the 1 cup of coffee per week 🙁

The one cup of coffee has been difficult to deal with but it’s getting better. Thanks for the compliment on my hair. I was nervous but I’m really liking it now.

I like the cut! Ironically, I did the same thing two weeks ago. Went a little shorter than planned but turned out really great – did some highlights also.

Highlights are always great so is when it turns out better than you thought.

I quit coffee about 10 years ago and don’t miss it at all, but I love the smell. I switched to tea, no sugar. It has about half the caffeine of coffee and doesn’t affect my blood pressure. I drink about 3 cups a day. Good luck to you..
