Another month is coming to a close and today happens to be my birthday! I am the big 47 today and to be honest this year I feel it. Normally I don’t at all but this year I certainly do. Today we are going out for lunch in celebration of my birthday and I will say that I am pretty happy about that. It has been a good month but I want the break in the middle of the week this week. Wednesday should be like Sundays in my opinion. By the time it rolls around you are just ready for a day off. Mondays are like three days all rolled into one.
August has been a good month overall yet I will be honest and say that I am looking forward to September. Hopefully by the end of it the weather will be a little cooler. I am more than ready for those days when you don’t need the air conditioning but don’t need the heater yet either. The days where a sweater in the morning will keep warm but by the afternoon you can just be comfortable in your short sleeves. Who am I kidding? I’m more than ready for sweater weather!

Happy Birthday! My month was pretty good. Because it’s so hot here my feet and legs are staying swollen but other than that all is good.

We have a lot of wildfires around us so it was a stressful month with tons of smoke outside.

My month was quiet and uneventful, I have been lazy this month as I haven’t been feeling great so I spent most of my time binge-watching Netflix.

My month is like it always it…cat things. A new black older kitten is hanging around my house. I am also sitting on ready with the hurricanes. I live on the coast of Charleston, SC.
Its been very exhausting, but we are marching on. We are 5 weeks into the school year and the kids are learning so much!
Happy Belated Birthday! I’m definitely ready for sweater weather. I tried my best to avoid the terribly humid August weather by relaxing indoors. Hopefully, the worst is over and cooler days are coming soon. My August was quite uneventful!
