I received a Bonnie Jean Birthday Girl Polka Dot Dress to review and the first thing I noticed was the little bloomers that go under the dress. I am sure that “bloomers” is not the correct term but when I saw these all I think of were the dress that my Granny use to make my sister and I. She always made a matching pair of what my daddy called “bloomers.” I hated them but love them now that I am a mom. The colors are so wonderful in this dress. The balloons with “Birthday Girl” written on them is too cute. This is perfect party dress for a debutante in training!
