My Heritage Book

Jun 04, 2013 | Rita

My Heritage Book Front Cover

My Heritage Book is a very unique book that I know your children will love. To be honest you will love it just as much as they will. This wonderful book teaches your children all about their heritage and the countries their ancestors come from. In today’s world that could literally be from anywhere in the world.

My Heritage Book Frst Page

My Heritage Book

We received a My Heritage Book for Magdelene and I tell we could not be happier. The first page has this wonderful introduction and Deanna Bufo Novak, the author, actually autographed for her. It is something to be treasured for a lifetime.

My Heritage Book US

The first few pages is all about the United States, telling her about things like America is know as a “melting pot.” Baseball, Thanksgiving, and the Statue of Liberty are also discussed.

My Heritage Book Mex

The next few pages are all about Mexico and they share things like the colors of the Mexican flag, what a pinata is, and much more.

My Heritage Book Last Page

Finally the last few pages provide spaces to write her favorites foods and things. There is also a small family tree that we have begun filling out for her. It is really a great book!

There are many other countries for you to choose from! If you would like something different My Heritage Book has other books like ABCs Around the World for you to choose from.

My grandson who is 6 would love this. He really enjoys all History and Science so this is something he would cherish as well.

This is a really great idea. My son isn’t old enough to understand yet, but my niece would love this for her birthday. Thanks for posting!

I like the idea of this book as it might inspire kids and perhaps the rest of the family to learn more about their cultural background. I especially love that it includes the ability to fill out a family tree. It would be a nice physical source to have just for record-keeping and future curiosity.

This is a wonderful idea! I wish we had had these even in my grandparents’ days so I could have their knowledge to pass on. It is a great learning for kids to have an idea of where their families are from.

What a great idea, I have not seen a book quite like this. I am sure my when my son is older it will be interesting to learn more about his grandparents and who they were.

I just love this and for myself! I am going to bookmark this post. My son is getting married and I think they will have children quickly! This would be a perfect gift for a child. I wonder, does she always autograph these?
