I have another great new app to tell you about. Actually this is the first app in a three app series which coincides with a web series, television documentary, and a collection of eBook and audiobooks that make up the Netwars Project. Cool, right? Netwars – The Butterfly Attack Episode 1. This app is available in several languages: English,German, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. That’s right Spanish and you know how I love Spanish apps!!
Netwars – The Butterfly Attack Episode 1 is part one of Netwars-Out of CTRL which is a fact-based cross-platform multimedia experience. It uses fictional characters to the real threat of digital warfare. It actually is a really great interactive graphic novel. The story line is very good Black Flag is a digital terrorist group headed up by Nightshade. Max Parsons is the good guy who lost his parents at Nightshade’s hands a year ago. The characters are all very believable and I hate to say it but the events are actually the sort that could very well take place today.
There is a lot that you can do as well since it interactive. you can tap various places and find hidden artifacts and other information. Watch as the hacking take place, there is even video that is shown. For example it takes you back a year ago as Max Parsons’ parents are killed.
All in all I really liked Netwars-The Butterfly Attack Episode 1 because the story is something I can get behind. Like reading a great book or watching a thrilling movie. This is an app that both men and women are really going to enjoy. The graphics are better than video game quality and if you have played a video game lately you know how awesome those graphics are.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

This sounds like an interesting app. I’m not sure it is up my alley but I have a cousin that is really into graphic novels.
