  4. I hope to get into a more consistent exercise routine. It’s getting better though but not quite as regular as I would like.

  10. My goal for the new year is to try and get moving more and to be in less pain from my Fibromyalgia. I hope that if I can get moving it will ease the pain and that the doctor can figure out a med that helps me.
